M. JOHN STRALEY, Law Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. John holds a Bachelors of Science degree, a Masters of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. He is a former Partner of Mosier, Straley & Doxey, and he served as the Assistant United States Trustee for the District of Utah for six years. As an Assistant United States Trustee, John was heavily involved with the investigation and prosecution of bankruptcy crimes and worked closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney's office. John presently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum and is a frequent speaker at Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum seminars. Other speaking engagements include presentations to the Bankruptcy Section and the Domestic Law Section of the Utah State Bar Association and serving as a guest lecturer with the University of Utah and Brigham Young University schools of law.
