Mr. Norton is the past Chair of the Subcommittee on Individual Chapter 11 Cases in the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the ABA Business Section and is Past President of the American Board of Certification; a Past President of the Tennessee Turnaround Management Association; a Past President of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute; a Past First Vice President of the Nashville Bar Association and is current Board Chair of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center. He is an approved Rule 31 mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
